Privacy Policy

LifeFlow ("LifeFlow", "we") builds independent, local-first browser extensions and apps, including SellerFlow Feed Workbench. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use our products.

Summary

  • Your data — the feed payloads and files you work with — stays local in your browser. We do not upload it.
  • Your imported schema files stay local in your browser. We do not upload them.
  • We do not request or store Walmart (or other third-party) account credentials.
  • We do not submit feeds to Walmart on your behalf.

What data is processed and where

  1. Feed payloads you paste or upload are validated entirely within your browser. They are not transmitted to LifeFlow servers or any third party.
  2. Imported schema files that you obtain from the Walmart Developer Portal are processed in your browser, indexed, and stored locally in IndexedDB. They are never uploaded.
  3. Local browser storage (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local) is used for schemas, product-type indexes, settings, default-schema preferences, optional validation history, and cached license status.
  4. Version metadata check (optional, user-initiated). If you click "Check Walmart for New Versions", the extension may fetch the public Walmart item-spec versioning page to read version metadata only (version numbers and status labels). It does not download schema files and does not run background checks. This request goes to Walmart, not to LifeFlow.

What we do NOT collect

  • We do not upload payloads.
  • We do not upload schema files.
  • We do not collect or store Walmart credentials.
  • We do not submit feeds to Walmart on your behalf.

Payment & license data

Payment and license verification are handled by our payment provider (ExtensionPay, processing payments through Stripe). LifeFlow does not receive or store your credit card or other sensitive payment data. Our software caches your license status locally with an offline grace period so it keeps working when you're offline.

Your controls

  • You can delete individual schema versions, delete groups of versions, or clear all local data at any time from within the product.
  • Uninstalling the extension removes its local data per your browser's behavior.

SellerFlow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Walmart Inc. SellerFlow does not guarantee Walmart feed approval.
