These terms apply to LifeFlow products, including SellerFlow Feed Workbench. By using our software you agree to the terms below.

1. Independent tool

SellerFlow Feed Workbench is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Walmart Inc. Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, and related marks are trademarks of Walmart Inc.

2. No Walmart affiliation

Nothing in this product should be interpreted as an official, certified, or approved Walmart product or service.

3. No guaranteed feed approval

SellerFlow helps identify likely JSON, feed structure, and schema issues, but Walmart may still reject a feed for account-specific, catalog-specific, policy-specific, or backend reasons. SellerFlow does not guarantee Walmart feed approval.

4. User responsibility for payload accuracy

You are responsible for the final accuracy and completeness of any payload you submit to Walmart. Validation results are advisory.

5. User responsibility for obtaining schemas

You are responsible for obtaining Walmart item-spec schema files lawfully from the Walmart Developer Portal and for complying with any applicable Walmart terms. You import those files into SellerFlow locally.

6. LifeFlow does not provide Walmart schemas

SellerFlow does not provide, bundle, host, redistribute, resell, mirror, or auto-download Walmart schema files. The paid product is SellerFlow's local validation engine, indexing, schema version management, reports, exports, and workflow tools — not access to Walmart schema files.

7. No Walmart credentials

SellerFlow does not request or store Walmart credentials.

8. No feed submission

SellerFlow does not submit payloads or feeds to Walmart.

9. No professional advice

LifeFlow products do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice.

10. Paid features, billing & refunds

Some features require a paid Pro plan. Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($9.99/mo), a yearly subscription ($59.99/yr), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($129). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay via Stripe. For refund requests, contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.

11. Limitation of liability

LifeFlow products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
